It it's truest form, the ExpoWorld.net scheduling manager allows you
to coordinate scheduling in a fully automated and low labor-intensive way.
It can be thought of as a 24 x 7 virtual assistant and meeting organization tool can significantly
improve your odds of an customer, attendee or delegate booking an 'event' and drastically
improve the chances that they will attend.
Seminars, events and conference sessions are listed on your company’s website
in a searchable list format. Visitors can click on an event listing to sign
up and are then brought to a sign-up page where they can login or sign up for the first time.
When a visitor signs up for the first time, he or she is sent an email to
confirm his or her identity. The visitor clicks through on the email
and is automatically added to the CRM database. When a user signs
up for a seminar or conference session, he or she is added to the enrollment and sent an
email confirmation which includes the event information.
When the user receives the email confirmation, he or she
may click on a link in the message and add the schedule information
directly to his or her CRM calendar application (MSOutlook,
ACT!, Lotus Notes and PalmSchedule using the same
Infotriever® technology that Sabre™ uses to manage travel
confirmation and details.
